Highlights of the festival include the return of the beloved Uniting Voices Chicago, a renowned American children's choir, on July 11. The following weekend features two orchestras and conductors of international fame: the Orchestra dell'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia with its new musical director Daniel Harding on July 12, and the Mahler Chamber Orchestra with piano superstar Yuja Wang on July 13.
